The Hyogo Business and Cultural Center is dedicated to promoting cultural awareness between the sister states of Washington and Hyogo.   With our move to our new office location at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington, we are pleased to partner with JCCCW as we begin new collaborative and original cultural programs.
