At our core, the HBCC remains true to our mission of promoting good relations and mutual understanding by offering many diverse cultural programs that highlight the relationship between Hyogo and Washington.

The HBCC is pleased to be able to work with many community partners in offering these programs, as the strong Japanese and Japanese American community in Washington State provides numerous opportunities to learn about and experience Japan.
